The Sabbaths are defined in Leviticus 23, to aid in your understanding each of the Sabbaths are summarized below:
Leviticus 23:1-44 (These Feast Days of God below pertain to new testament Christians and reveal Gods timetable from Jesus Christ, our passover, to the 1000 year reign and to the day of Judgement)

Weekly Sabbath
Weekly Sabbath is an overarching of the yearly Sabbaths and a reminder of the shadow of things to come that are given in the yearly Sabbaths.

Passover
Passover is a yearly renewing in us (the saints) of our contract with the Father and Jesus Christ our VICTORY.

Unleavened Bread
Jesus is the fulfillment of unleaved bread. He is the sinless one. An example for us would be not to practice sin. Leaven represents sin.
John 19:38-42, 1 John 2:1-6

Pentecost

Pentecost is the giving of the Holy Spirit, with Jesus as the first fruit of them that have died. We as Christians are to rely on Gods Holy Spirit, in order to become one of the first fruit at Christ's coming.
1 Corinthians 15:20-23

Trumpets

To be always watching and prepared to go to the Lord at any time.
Thessalonians 4:13-18, Matthew 24:30-31

Atonement
Also called 'at one ment'. To be at one with God the Father, Jesus and the brethren now and at the time of Atonement.

Tabernacles
For us to be looking toward the Kingdom of God and the 1,000 year reign of Jesus Christ and Satan bound during this time.

Last Great Day
A time of judgement and teaching, having assurance that all men, women, and children (even those aborted) will have a first chance to be taught of God as the Saints were, then enter into the Kingdom of the Father. Starts weekly Sabbath.
Revelations 20:11, John 6:44-45, Isaiah 54:13
